They have access to very affordable shipping prices to every location across the globe, so we pass those savings on to you by shipping directly from them, and charging you nothing at all.
3. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We will ship your purchase within 2 - 3 business days.
4. Where is my tracking number?
Information about the status of the shipment appears within 3 - 7 days after the order is shipped. When your item is shipped you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

It's very normal for it not to update for several days at a time while it travels overseas, passes into customs, and gets registered into the local system. It is expected, and correct.
6. Only part of my order arrived, where is the rest?
Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, we may ship some separately. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers to save you money, and we use multiple manufacturers for various products. Do not fear - your entire order will arrive, even if it's in two (or three+) different packages!
